We are here and working to ensure your questions are answered in a timely manner. This is a fluid situation and we expect more uncertainty as the week progresses. Your employees WILL have questions and we encourage you to use your available resources. This includes our staff and our team of professionals in the healthcare industry.
We ask that you provide simple guidelines to your people. If they do not feel well, ask them to remain at home. If they believe they need to be tested for this virus encourage them to do so. If your employees are setup to work from home, we encourage them to do so. Employees that remain in the workplace can wear a mask if they have ANY concern of becoming infected.
More than anything else this is a time to show your people why they chose to work for your company. We are all in this together and there’s nothing normal about what we’re experiencing. Your ability to remain calm and consistent will positively impact your people.
